Irene took our order and she had the most beautiful friendly polite voice I've ever heard at a restaurant in my life. They were... backed up a little on their orders, we heard her ask the back crew if they needed some help. She was very friendly and I got tosay if I were the manager there I would pay her the top rate just to keep her! The sausage croissant was good too! Read more
You usually can't go wrong with Jack's, and know what your getting. The food is almost always fresh at this location. They are... usually just short staffed which is for the long wait and some times the dining room closed with drive thru only. Although themanager always seems to go out her way to get things right ???? Read more
Egg rolls were great as usual and I tried the mini tacos for the first time, I'll get them again!
Drive thru personnel are incompetent. My order on the screen was correct but the order given was not with employee arguing that... it was, (items were missing.) This happened 10/7 a few minutes after noon. I did drive off not wanting to argue any longer. Fred Read more
I asked for breakfast jack on a croissant and paid extra, i get home and its on a bun. I was the only customer there how hard is... it to get a simple order correct. That's just one complaint, I don't go here often but when I do something is either messed upor customer service is really bad. Read more
Waited in line for 20 minutes before having to knock on door to see staff sitting in lobby chatting it up. Tried calling store... without success. Seems that teenagers working without any type of supervisor or worse has a supervisor that doesn't care aboutcustomer service. Read more
Do not order uber eats through this jack in the box. I order 4 tacos and a Jr. Bacon cheese burger. I did not receive any of my... tacos and my cheese burger didn't even have cheese on it. I've tried calling several times and just keep getting a busy signal.Ridiculous. Read more
