This place is in need of a serious cleaning. The dust is so thick on the ceiling tiles, walls, front counter ...basically... everywhere. The floors in the front looks like they haven't seen a broom or mop in weeks. Everything needs to be cleaned......Ican only imagine what the back and kitchen looks like if they don't care that the front end isn't presentable. Read more

Watch out folks placed an order at 8pm tonight said 815 pickup. Show up and they lost my online order. Manager was over at... Burger King feeding his face. The poor students who work there seem to be lost with no direction or focus. Turns out this isntthe first time as it has happened to other customers. Still waiting on my pizza as we speak a whole 45 minutes later. Read more
The pizza here is a lot better than the last time I had Little Caesars. I don't know if this goes to all Little Caesars it's a... restaurants around or it's just this one but we got a normal pepperoni pizza and everything about it changed. Crust was a lotthicker and tasted more premium. Same goes for the cheese and salsa. I swear the salsa looks like it was from some Italian pizzarestaurant????.. did you get there. Although my only issue was that there wasn't hot and ready pizza to pick up. We did have towait about 7 minutes for them to make us a fresh pizza. The other night 11/06/2021 I ordered online 3 Pizzas for my children because their grandparents were watching them, the pizzas... were horrible and so was the service. First of all my mother went to pick up the pizza and they only gave her two of the pizzas.Then the pizzas were horrible they weren't assembled correctly. I have attached photos so you can see. I have to say if you wantpizza don't order from this location. If I was there I would have immediately request them to refund me my money. Read more
Went to this location on my lunch break. Service was extremely slow! I ordered 1 pizza ahead of time and still ended up waiting... over 40 minutes! After all that time, the pizza was made wrong so I had to wait another 15 minutes for it. A thin crust shouldonly take 7 minutes to cook. The cheese on the thin crust pizza should cover the entire pizza. As you can tell from the picture,it was not! Pizza was overcooked and sloppy and there was barely any cheese on it. Plus, they were out of the 2 liter Pepsibottles. Sounds like management needs to step it up. No apology was given for the long wait. I was late to go back to work. Verydisappointing experience. Came in at 7:55pm. Two other customers in the restaurant. Employees(2) on their phones walking around the back. Another employee... working the ovens. Was told by the front line employee, with ear buds in, it would be 35 to 40 minutes. Need some managementpresence. Read more
