The ice cream machine was working, so that was a good thing when we stopped for hot fudge Sundays. But, no crushed peanuts for... the Sundays. The staff acted like they had never had them. I'm sure the turnover must be high. I'm guessing the corporationwould blame covid for the lack of nuts. Bring back the nuts for the Hot Fudge Sundays. Read more
Decided to go into this McDonalds while waiting on my car to get out of Discount Tire next door. Very nice inside. This visit... was during the week after lunch and it was very quiet in the dining room most of the time I was there. They do not answer thenumber listed, it seems to be a fax number. Read more
They sit here and argue about what the app says is available and what?s not available and when it?s all said and done they never... even gave me the daily deal to begin with I gave them code and everything. Multiple times this has happen with different people.This is frustrating why have the app if it?s making things this difficult. They offered to let me speak to manager but I toldthem I would just leave a review as I go there often and seems the service is falling apart. Read more
Poor service and customer service at the drive-thru speaker and window at 1:57 p.m. on May 31st 2022. We eat at this location... all the time. The person talking on the speaker was having a very hard time communicating with multiple customers. Read more
It appears they remodeled this place again but my guess they will have to tear it down soon enough with the 45 road... construction. They are going to a kiosk ordering system but I don?t get paid by McDonalds so why should I have to use it if Idon?t want to? Apparently they don?t want people ordering from the counter but if you are paying cash, people still use cash,you have to go to the counter to pay. Kind of defeats the purpose of the kiosk. And they still managed to forget something onmy order. I really don?t know why I gave this location 3*, probably because the lobby and drink station were clean. The last two visits have been okay. The service is fast, but not very friendly, and the food quality has been bad. Both times I... have ordered fries here, they have been recooked. Instead of making fresh fries, they fried the ones sitting under the heatlamp. This is obvious by the color, texture, and taste of the fries. They are orange, hard as a rock, and taste stale. Normally,I would go to this location because I live closer to it, but not lately due to this issue. Read more
