Absolutely will NOT be coming back! Let me start w/ the brunette in the back making wings TORE THE BAG OF FROZEN WINGS OPEN WITH... HER MOUTH!!! Covid time or not...that is disgusting!! The manager on duty - who was one of the rude employees- was lookingright at her as if this was an approved regular action. This staff was also extremely rude for making the pizza WRONG! I didntorder it wrong! They just didnt care to pay attention! I truly hope this night time staff gets re-evaluated! No work ethicshere. After picking my order up, I noticed that pepperoni was missing on one of my pizzas. I politely walked back in to inform them.... Manager on duty, nonchalant, stated it would be 10mins and apologized. After waiting 15mins in my car, I walked back in. It tooka couple more mins which wasn?t a big deal. However, Not one time was I offered anything for the wait or inconvenience. I wasnot expecting anything free, but to get home and see that my pizza was hastily made, I would?ve been ok with a free drink ordessert. The pizza had extra sauce so much that the cheese was sliding off. They must?ve poured the entire container of blackolives on the 5 slices of pizza that I ordered since I requested only half with olives. Olives was smothered both under and ontop of the cheese. It honestly felt like a prank. I had to leave this review because Papa Johns is usually the best! And to havethis not so pleasant experience tonight just ruined it for me. I want to like this place so badly. They?re close to where I live but they?re just never even close to accurate with how long... it?ll take to make the pizza? I order on the app and they?re pretty consistently 30 minutes later. I know there is a rush on theweekend but it?s still really frustrating. I should just drive to a place further away. So thankful for Papa John's delivering at 5 minutes before they closed on Christmas Eve. My daughter worked a 15 hour day and I... needed hot food for her when she got home. Driver was very friendly and pizza was great! Read more
A while back I ordered a pizza for my wife and myself. We both got sick within the hour of eating the pizza with abdominal... cramping, nausea, and vomiting. I notified them of becoming sick to which Jason called me saying that they called literallyeveryone that ordered pizza that day (which I hightly doubt) to see if anyone else got sick. He was not entirely rude, but wassnark saying that it could not be his location and saying lies such as food poisoning does not onset until 1-2 days after. It isnot wise to lie to someone in the medical field who knows about food illnesses. They lost me as a customer. Read more
Placed an order through Uber eats. This place voided the order with no notification because of lack of ingredients. The staff... has been rude on more than one occasion. I love Papa John?s and it?s sad that in today?s world of technology that they can?ttake items off the menu when they are not available instead of leaving you waiting in limbo. With Covid still present employees are not wearing gloves and the one making the dough dugged in his ear 2 times then continued... working. Someone pizza should renamed dough wax. This is unacceptable today. There are spider webs on the entry door that canbe used for Halloween. I am calling the inspectors in immediately. Read more
