Mobile order is always ready but order is always wrong, they do not put time into looking at the details and leave a bunch of... stuff off. They burn the bread when toasting it. They have only a few chips to choose from which are the kinds nobody likes.They do not greet you or try to help you. I will drive further to the next one to avoid this location. Read more
Every single time I order from here the order is wrong. I asked for more tomatoes. They added none. I asked for more oil and... vinegar. They added none. No salt and pepper. By far the worst experience I have had at the Subway. I am never had issues until today. When I ordered online I ordered my... sandwich toasted. Then I left when I got home I noticed my sandwich was not toasted I tried to call the restaurant multipletimes but they did not pick up the phone I mean I called like 15 times. Then I decided to call customer service and I was onhold for 30 minutes and still nothing. Eventually I got fed up and headed back to the subway tell me then they forgot to toastmy sandwiches. I only had one because I gave the other one to someone else and when I asked them to remake the same as they wereonly going to remake one because I only had one sandwich however, because I did not have the other one but I told him you messedup on both so you should remake both. When I told the lady of the mistakes she told me no I did not order it toasted she told methat before she even checked. She went and she checked and she realize that she made a mistake.
