Wow, super fast service especially at 1 in the morning. Even the checkout guy was friendly. No food poisoning at this location.
Good food. Service was excellent. They ran out of chicken for one of my tacos so they asked me if i wanted a substitute. I said... beef is fine. I remember when fast food used to be fast food and managers led by example. When I dive through this particular location, there... are two associates on headsets monitoring the drive through or taking orders. The third with a headset is a manager. It?s takingan unacceptable amount of time to get food out. Simple orders. Either the manager is completely out of touch of what washappening or he?s incapable. Either of which is unacceptable. Your team was in the weeds and you sat there with a headset onwhen really there was zero need for you to. Not to mention I get my order and it?s wrong and my quesadilla wasn?t even cut. On 5/23/22 At 11am I took my lunch and went to this Taco Bell location. Upon arriving they had no one working the front counter... and was directed to use the Kiosk to place my order. After waiting over 15 mins someone noticed that non of the counter orderswere being transferred to the side of the kitchen that was making orders. After 25 mins the lady making the food came and toldme that what I had ordered was out of stock. I requested a refund since I had to return to work and they still had not evenstarted making my order. They went and got some guy from the back who said he was the GM for the location but he was in shortsand a Tshirt and not in uniform and he came to talk to me and did not even know my order was from that day and directed a ladyto do my refund and she did but she short changed me and gave me back $13.08 instead of what I paid $14.38. Ordered food for delivery and this is how it was delivered. The Tacos had almost no meat, the quesadilla was so skinny the meat... and cheese weren't even in the same spots. The bean burritos were 80% tortilla, and the protein bowl wasn't even half full inthe box. This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. Went to the store and the manager (Alexandra) remade thewhole order and was very polite about it. Very disappointed as we have eaten at this location 100s of times. The Taco Bell location on Hobbs in League City is the worst. The food is cold at times, lacking flavor, poorly prepared with... food falling out of the wrappers. But overall, the food at this location taste horrible. And they dont open early so I cant getbreakfast around 6:30 am.
