Yesterday I went to this location at 1:40 pm I had order the number 1 the taco supreme with a large sweet tea an a order of... cinnamon twist. And they are under construction remodeling the inside. I ate my food and I went back to work.. when I got offwork at 5pm I was ok but then around 7pm I started throwing up body aches I didn't even eat dinner on what my husband I fixbecause I am sick. I was fine yesterday morning when I went to work and sick yesterday afternoon. My husband had to go get me asprite just for me to try and drink it before I could actually go to bed. I have been throwing up all afternoon. I paid 10.16for my order and what did I get out of it food poisoning. I will not be going back to Taco Bell at all. Read more

Rude manager: cares more about his drive-thru timer than a customer?s order. He wouldn?t take my order.
If I could of rated a 0 on customer service, I would. Food was good. But the lady running the drive thru today had an attitude... and snatched my debit card out of my hand, I asked if she was OK and having a good day, because she snatched my card in a rudemanner. She explained that I was gripping my card hard and she was in a hurry. Just by looking at me, I was gripping my cardhard? She wasn't in a rush. There was one vehicle behind me. She had an attitude through and through. I work in the foodindustry, no matter what I would never do that. That was uncalled for. I mean she YANKED my card out of my hand. I almost lefteven without the food. So rude. Something should be done and get some CSR's that know how to be nice. I was on the phone withsomeone and she heard I was getting frustrated even when I was ordering and we were talking about a different place and how thecustomer service sucks. Best service ever. "No, you can't customize your taco by spending an overly generous amount of extra money on 2 easy add-ons... that are easily rung up by the computer. You're not allowed to do that!" Apparently taco bell hates up-sales so much they'lltake no-sale instead. Read more
This place is Pathetic but food is good. These teenagers at the window at night time don?t care about the customers, don?t even... know what is the order and how much is the amount. Wrongly charged me for the car behind me. Giving me wrong food and when icalled them they said we can?t do anything because they didn?t even know who was working yesterday. ?Unjustified statement?.Everybody know there is a schedule printed in every store where anybody can see it. I know 3 teenagers 2 female and one male atthe window made all this mistake. Charging me $14 just for a ONE BEAN Buritto not even for $2? Disgusting. Great go-to for a quick bite. Can't lose with the crunchy tacos. Presently surprised listed at only 170 calories.
Basic Taco Bell, but I've always got good service here. Especially compared to my SW side Taco Bells.
