We love wingstop and since I've never ordered from this location we decided to go ahead....keep in mind we are a family of 8!... What a waste of my money! WORST WINGSTOP. I will definitely go to 646 from now on. Customer service sucks and the wings andfries were even worse! Read more
Just want to say how impressed I was with the Manager (Armando?) and how calm and respectful he was while handling a disruptive... Doordasher during a busy rush. The Manager made sure to attend to all customers and the Doordasher while still keeping a calmand polite attitude. He knew both the Wingstop and DoorDash policies very well and didn?t seem to be bothered at all by theDasher?s comments to him and the customers. In the meantime all the orders were prepared in a timely fashion and customers weretreated with exceptional customer service. I was extremely impressed. I hope this man gets a raise or promotion for how well heknew company policies and was also able to deliver exceptional customer service while under pressure. Read more
