Asked for a Poppa Burger without cheese. came home to find cheese on my burger. Nothing worse than staff who do not listen, to... staff who do not read or care about their customers. Especially, nothing worse than coming home and have to scrape off my burgerin order to eat it. Read more

Burger was very under cooked. Asked for Coke and got Root beer (again) fries were good and hot. Was given the wrong receipt for... my order and this why I didn't go back and complain in person. Staff was running around like there was a big rush when trafficwas light. Fast is good. But a properly cooked, and ACCURATE order is more important than anything else. A&W #4585 LeamingtonOntario. I realize that one has to have low expectations when ordering bacon and eggs at a drive thru. But C'mon man, this is ridiculous.... By the pic, you would think that I put this dish upside down, however, I did not. Putting the lid on over top of the alreadybroken egg yolk, really? The woman working the drive thru noticed it. I watched her put this back under the heat lamp. Seconds later, I watched her grab it again and put it in the bag. I imagine in typical fashion, the cook yelled at her that itwas fine and she is already petrified of the person, so she just grabbed it. Moral of the story, don't order eggs over easy atthe drive thru. Especially in Leamington. Go to Family kitchen instead, not A&W Read more
