I had an unsettling experience last night, while at this location. It was fairly business, with a few people having to wait to... be seated. We had waited a few minutes before getting to the front desk. I was accompanied by a friend (male.) When the hostreturned to the desk, I looked at him and said hello. About to speak for my friend and I. The host didn't even look at me,turning to my friend instead and speaking directly to him. I didn't think much of it. That was until, later on in the evening,when the host was walking by my table. I hadn't seen our waiter in some time and was going to ask him to alert someone that wewanted the bill. I, loudly, tried to grab his attention this time, while looking at him. But he turned his back to me and wentback to the desk. Which was only about 15 ft away. I have never felt so ignored before. The lack of customer service was thisspecific employee was shocking. I don't believe that either time I wasn't heard. We had to wait about 7 mins at the entrance before anyone acknowledged us. We ordered nachos and the lamb chops. There was... insufficient cheese and goodies on the nachos. The lamb chops was okay. The staff should advise the customers that only friesare included as a side, everything else is additional. We only found out when we got the bill. Overall the dinner experience wasokay. Read more

Wish I had picked another restaurant. Went for Ribs Wednesday but they had no ribs. No signage to inform potential patrons and... staff just seems nonchalant. My kids were hungry so we stayed. They enjoyed their burger and fries, so did my husband howevermy fish tacos were not tasty at all. Would not recommend this location. Read more

UPDATE: I've replied to your request for me to email you now 3 times. The first time was the day you asked for me to email. ... Still zero replies. So I'm guessing your reply was just for show. Updated my review now to 1 out of 5 stars thanks to your poorsocial media staff. I guess the kitchen staff is the only good thing about the leamington Chuck's. From browsing the otherreviews, I'm not the only one to comment on the lack of condiments and poor wait staff. Food was quick to arrive, and tastedgreat as usual. Service was a letdown though unfortunately. Our waitress took our order, someone else brought out our mealsand we didn't see our waitress again until we were finished our food. There was no condiments on the table, so no ketchup,salt, pepper etc. If you're not going to come back to ask us if we need anything when we get our food, at least make sureeverything is already on the tables so we don't have to ask. Didn't even refill our drinks that were empty before our foodarrived. I've never had any issues with service at the Windsor Chucks on Walker road though, so hopefully this particular onecan learn from them. From the moment we entered the restaurant every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Our server Morgan went out of her way to... find out what was, and wasn?t safe for me to eat and the manager himself checked in about it too. He was able to suggest whatfor certain had not touched dairy and I had a delicious dinner! The rest of our party who are not dairy challenged absolutelyloved their appetizer and meals as well. So I went here earlier with my father and brother (they also left a review) and the food and drinks were delicious but....the... service this visit was pretty bad. They didn't really check on us to see if we needed refills or anything and they didn't giveus condiments. Overall, I would say the one in Windsor is better to go to. Also, I had the New York steak (well done) and it wasmouthwatering. The New York is a lot better than the Sirloin but it is like 5 dollars more. Read more
