From the time we got to the door it was an incredibly welcoming environment. Our server was friendly, the food was absolutely... delicious! The best part of the experience was speaking to the owners, having them come by to ensure our experience was goingwell. We sat out on the patio for lunch - perfect day with a cool breeze. I had the blackened perch tacos, small but don’t letthe size fool you, they are full of flavor my wife had the chicken kebab wrap, this thing was huge but cooked to perfection.Highly recommend you try their in-house made craft beer, The Drive. Stopped for lunch and a glass of wine the day Rogers was out nationwide and I'm still dreaming about my food. The service was... great (Madison rocks) and the perch was delicious. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Had the Fried Perch and it was lightly battered in panko. Flavourful and light. The... chicken wings tasted great and weren't nasty oily. Would totally come back for the babaganoush at some point. Read more
Very friendly atmosphere. We have been here a couple different times now and have always left happy. The, whom I assume is the... namesake of the restaurant Mr. Fred was at every single table chatting and thanking his customers. His son is who greeted andseated us and again super friendly and personable. The wait staff is super attentive and even with it being super busy, they ranthe place like a well oiled machine! There is a beautiful patio area that is full of greenery and super laid back. If you haveroom after all the wonderful food...there is an ice cream store attached that you can grab a cone at.......feel like working offsome lunch? a must stop after seeing Point Pelee. They have the BEST fish around fresh off Lake Erie. And very nice staff. Also great place... for ice cream with a group of friends!! Read more
It’s really good! Fried perch was excellent. ???? they even gave me an extra piece to share with my sister. Portions are just... right, enough that you can finish and not give a food coma. I can see it may be small for some people though. Fries were alsosuper good, food came pretty fast. The only thing I would say it’s quite expensive, was about 30$ for the dish. But not bad! Read more
Meh, my dinner partner had the cheeseburger, I had fish tacos. Darn, didn't take a picture of the burger. We thought the price... was a little high for what we received. Server was pleasant and attentive. We sat on the patio, which was nice. Read more
