Not sure what the reason for it is. But this locations attention to food preparation quality and timely customer service is very... much lacking. Often times pulled ahead to the drive thru waiting que, even for small orders such a combo meal. This happensduring both breakfast and dinner menu times. I will continue to eat here as it's the only McDonald's in my area, but reallythink and feel McDonald's standards have lapsed over the years. Read more
Always check your bag before leaving, I stopped getting breakfast there and now go to Tim Hortons because I got sick and tired... of my husband coming home and I either was missing my hash browns or the meat on the breakfast sandwich wasn't what I ordered.With gastritis I can't eat the spicy sausage and they always gave me that instead of ham. Or there would be a sandwich missing.Check your bags it happens with the burgers as well! Read more
If I wanted cold stale fries I'd make them at home then let them sit. Sad I waited 15 mins for my fries for them to be stale and... cold. I barely have time to eat during the day, I was starving and very disappointed. I'd give 0 star if I could as this isn'tthe first time it's happened. I'll stick with the kingsville one from now on. This is literally the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. I ordered 2 drinks and was asked to pull forward and wait for 15... mins. Absurd and even worse, all the employees had a horrible attitude. Never been to a worse McDonalds. I won't return until I see a "New Management" Sign. McDonalds in my opinion has always been... able to get my coffee right almost every time. This restaurant is not only extremely slow but can not make coffee. Period. Thestraw that broke the camels back is that the lobby and especially around the cash register smells like body odour. This doesn'treassure me that the food is being prepared in a "clean" and "sanitary" way. Read more
Short version: issues ordering, paying & long wait. Food as expected (for me at least) Made the mistake of trying to order at... kiosk. Could not scan code & kiosk froze, went to another & couldn't scan QR code again, said I was already logged in aftertyping code. Could not pay at kiosk, gift card unable to slide through, told cashier when paying & he shrugged it off, didn'ttell anyone, after taking my gift card payment. While waiting ten minutes for my fast food heard people discussing with staffincorrect order at pick up window. Only mistake on my order was placing in bag instead of on a tray. Read more
