Counter service very slow. Too much emphasis on drive thru
Lately every thing here is either mediocre, or outright disgusting. Just got a horribly watered down cup of coffee
Used drive thru around 4PM...long line up of cars...waited in line for more than 15 minutes...when I arrived at the ordering... station, no one was there to take order.after a minute or 2 someone took the order but I had to repeat twice. I also did notnotice the order display. Again at the delivery counter, we had to remind for the straw for the iced coffee. Not worth goingthru drive-in and staff are distracted (not sure it is because of evening rush) and lack customer service attitude. Have seenbetter THs elsewhere. Read more
Went to grab dinner from my alltime favorite restaurant and got amazing service staff was very polite and very hospitable and... the food was just made fresh donuts tasted very fresh and coffee which is the most important part tasted very good gonna have agreat night that coffee was tasty Read more
I notice this Tim Horton Staff was really rude because i saw he was serving expired coffee and when i said can I get fresh... coffee he start talking with other employees. As I said regular coffee stay fresh for 20min and he said it stay fresh one hour ,I don?t think so Read more
I could have given zero stars instead we ordered 5 Haberano chicken bowl for $60 and with extra chicken in it and they served... very less quantity. And the attitude of staff was not really very nice. And the staffs were very rude!! Disappointed . Read more
We are 5 people ordered 5 bowl and they said they have quantity for 2 bowl and they gave us 5 bowl with really very much low... quantity... They must have made 5 bowls from 2 bowl... When we asked manager, he told in attitude that we are busy and nexttime call ahead... Read more
