Was there yesterday afternoon around 4pm and there was lack of customer service. There was one employee that was at the till... taking orders and she was doing more talking then taking orders. And when she was taking orders she was also making drinks whichmade all of us in line wait longer. There was several employees that walked by and not one open the other till and decide tohelp out and take other orders. Wasn?t to impress as a lot of employees were just standing around and talking among them self.Some people behind me left and wasn?t to happy, I?m not from leamington but I would definitely recommend anyone not to wasteyour time going to this Tim?s, there 2 more Tim?s in leamington not sure how they are but I would try any other Tim?s besidethis one. Super slow. I mobile ordered and it should have been ready when I got there, but it took 1/2 an hour and I had to wait in line... and ask for it, they didn't have it ready. Read more
It was incredibly busy at the Drive-Thru and inside the store but I went in because it seemed like it would be quicker. I dealt... with a young woman named Chelsea and she was fantastic. She kept her cool even though it was swamped and truly made me feellike a valued customer! She's a huge asset to the Tim Hortons team! Read more

visited this location on labour day - 7 people behind the counter, 3 or 4 of them made eye contact with our party and did not... serve us for over 10 minutes. we let them know we were leaving because of the lack of service or acknowledgement and theyshrugged their shoulders. will not return to this location. Not busy in line, but 3 employees walked right by the till where I was standing, approximately 4 minutes, nothing was said to... me, someone will be right with you or anything like that. Read more
This location always closes before the time that they advertise, I belive the supervisor name is Sara and she says that they... always do because they are cleaning, and she wasn't going to do it, it takes 5 minutes to make coffee I needed to get 2 take 12for my staff not cool! change your sign to 9:30 if you want to go home by 10 ????
