I went in with my two kiddos closely before closing in a pretty stressful day. We haven?t been to a Menchies since before COVID... started, so I was a bit leery. A super friendly girl named Skielah helped me and my boys find our old favorite flavors andtoppings. We?ve order from here many times before and our orders have been awesome and the containers filled with the product. We ordered... via Uber eats and the delivery was great and on time. However, the product in the containers wasn?t filled even half way and itwas melted. We did order close to closing hours (45 mins) but you still need to be providing the same customer service if it wasin the busy hours. Read more

This is a great place for a fast Street for the family if you're out grocery shopping, or just want to stop by. It's a small... place, so it's not going to have two seatings at one of the larger frozen yogurt places will have, but in my opinion, you don'treally need it. It offers outdoor seating, and most of all, the product is great! Our family loves it! My personal favorite is apeanut butter, not sure if they're paying that all the time, but the last time we went there I had it and it was great! Read more
We occasionally visit here to appease my 11 year old since they've opened. The help and the cleanliness of the store has... plummeted. I get that it's hard to find kids that show enthusiasm when you are going to spend $7 for less than dollars worth ofingredients but I blame that one the store manager if he or she isn't a kid. The cleanliness of the place is really bad. I giveit another year before everyone else stops returning like myself. Read more
