Inflation is killing this place. Food quality and service has declined while the prices increase. Every now and then you can... catch a decent deal on the mobile app, that makes it affordable but the quality sure isn't what it was a year ago. I hope theysurvive and fix it because it was, by far, my favorite national sandwich shop. Read more
We stop in for lunch today: place our 2 person order. get to the register to pay and we're told "we don't accept CASH"....so the... 2 sandwiches you just made can go in the trash. your employees aren't wearing masks (fine by me), and the credit card terminalisn't disinfected between each customer that touches it...but scary covid and you don't take American dollars as tender! Makestotal sense. You have lost our business- we'll give our CASH to businesses that still have logic and customer serviceskills. This overshadows the employee that refused to speak up so we could hear what he was asking. I am hearing g impaired,but even my wife was unable to hear him until the 3rd time of asking "what??". Nice staff. However, the place is hot. It's like the don't have the a/c on. The Mexicali Sandwich was awful tasting, and $$$. I... didn't even finish it. Very odd they don't take cash. No signs posted that say "Do Not Take Cash." Read more
This Masterpiece was designed and created just for me. The young lady was a true artisan in the sandwich culinary arts. This... sandwich was made to my exact specifications with patience, caring and loving attention to detail. I had the: #12 Turkey CaliClub: Oven-roasted turkey, crisp bacon, BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella and smashed Hass avocado. Topped with spinach, tomatoes, redonions and mayo, toasted on Hearty Multigrain bread. I asked if they could add all the other vegetables and she said I couldadd all the veggies I wanted. So I went all in and I think the picture says it all. I topped it off with oil, vinegar, salt andpepper. This ended up being a two meal sandwich, so I guess that made it twice as good. It isn't the first time having a bad experience here so it's why I'm reviewing. My sandwich wasn't wrapped in the usual paper... wrap this time and the paper bag it was in, was very dirty. I understand times are hard with supply chain problems, butseriously Subway, why such bad service? Read more
Staff was friendly and helpful. I has my usual, 6 inch meatball, no cheese and jalapeños. They were out of ice but the drinks... were still cold and the service stl makes 5 star. No cash sales. Cards only. Read more
