Ordered my lunch online today around 12:30. The website told me my order was completed so I headed over and arrived around 1 pm.... I stood in line and when they got to me they told me that the steak for my sanwhich was frozen. They didn't offer to make meanything else, a discount, a free meal or nothing. They didn't call to tell me my order was frozen they just let me waste mytime. So no lunch for me today. I asked if they would refund my money and the cashier guy jumped on that. How quick they were torefund my money but could care less about making it right. Read more

They take forever. Placed an order online. App shows its ready and when I reach there lady says it?s going to be 10 more mins.... This happens every time. Only one person doing everything. Read more

This location is consistently out of what seems like everything. I don?t mind them being out of product, but what I do mind is... not being notified about it until I?ve been waiting for 15 minutes past when my Online order has been marked ready, andreceiving no phone call about potentially making an alternative sandwich. I use the app for the convenience, as it does have myphone number available. Waiting 15 minutes past when my order has been marked as ready for pickup, is not convenient at all. Read more

I?ve been hopeful about this place for a while (it?s close and Subway is typically fast) but pretty much every order has had a... big issue with it and online ordering is absolutely not worth it. If you order curbside you?re still gonna have to go in andwhen you order ahead they?ll only start making it when you get there. Read more

This store does not care about their workers went in a few times they did not have anything had to go somewhere else. Today I... went in the poor worker don?t know how she was in that store felt like at least 90 a furnace if you will not pleasing foranyone to work much less come order obviously would not even be able to sit and eat. Don't bother with mobile ordering if you want your sandwich toasted, they never do it. I don't if it's because they don't read... the note on it or if its an order system issue but they really need to figure it out. It's been like that for years. Who eatsflatbreads untoasted anyways? Another reoccurring issue not exclusive to mobile- they are always missing something. They forgetcheese, a veggie, whatever. I don't think I've ever had an order right here. I only get subway maybe once every other month, soI'm always hopeful something will change and they will get it together, but in the past 2.5 years, it never has. Read more

Terrible services. Havent been to Subway for more than 10 years?. And decided to try it. Asked some questions on the menu and... the response was very rude? we tried couple more questions but felt even worse. The guy with blond hair was literally scoffingat us. There was another guy with black or dark brown hair who tried to help realizing that we were not familiar with the menu.But the other guy was amazingly non-professional. We decided to just leave.
