They ran out of fries! It was only 8pm the food sucked. My wife's chicken sandwich was cold..... like it had been sitting there... from a previous order and my hamburger was Luke warm. I'm really disappointed. They used to be good. Maybe they need a newmanager. All I know is I'll never go back there. All we had was a drink and a chicken sandwich/ hamburger and they changed usthe price of a meal without the fries. Read more
They haven't gotten our order correct in at least 5 orders. Not minor errors either. Today they shorted us 2 orders of fries.... We've been there at 12:30 for lunch and they haven't had chili on three visits. Once they gave me a hybrid of their chickensalad options. And straws? Nope, you'll have to share. Today's visit got us 4 drinks with 2 straws. Not the first time with thatissue either. Wendy's food is so good and higher quality, but this location can't get it together. Read more
Went there at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. And I was told it's a shift change they cannot serve anybody for at least 30 to 45... minutes. I was told there's nothing they can do they will not help us. So we had to find another restaurant. Never in my lifehave I ever had a restaurant say oh Shift change nobody gets served. In my lifetime I have manage several Restaurants. I wouldnever let this happen on my watch. I will never go here again. Read more
It was just me and 1 other person in the drive thru but the line took too long. I could excuse that if the food was actually... good and the order correct. Well, it wasn't. I ordered a #9 breakfast sandwich. It's supposed to come with bacon but guess whatwas on it? Not bacon! It had a sausage patty on it that just tasted like straight up pepper. I would have asked for my correctmeal but the line already took too long so I sat in my car and and angrily ate the sandwich. And the worst part was the coffee.They must have used like 1 teaspoon of coffee for the whole pot. It was basically brown water. They weren't busy at all (I cansee why) so you'd think they could get 1 order right but guess not. The coffee was the most annoying though. This is by far the most disgusting Wendy?s I have ever been. The lettuce in the salad was slimy and brown as though it had been... frozen. We tried to call the manager but the business number listed on the website says that the mailbox has not been set up.DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Read more

Stopped by for lunch today. I usually get their salads, because they are delicious and reasonably priced. The apple/ pecan salad... is a favorite of mine, but today I tried the strawberry salad (limited time availability). It was delicious with plenty of strawberries and chicken as well as other toppings. I liked the 'champagne ' dressing it came with, too. My rating is not 5 starbecause there was a 10 minute wait to order, which is pushing the "fast food " idea ....also there were numerous flies in therestaurant, making the dining experience less enjoyable. I mentioned the flies to management who were very apologetic. Therestaurant was clean, so that was not the issue. Delivery is available as well as WI-FI. Read more
Quite literally the slowest service I have ever experienced in a drive thru...ever. Officially at 52 minutes and 22 of those... have been sitting at the window watching all of the staff rush around like their doing something but nothing is being done. Donot waste your time coming here. I ordered and paid online and if I could figure out how to get a refund I would drive off. Read more
