Stopped here because it was a Phillips 66 and the mobile pay wasn?t available, which is all we use. For a new station that seems... ridiculous, we left and filled up at the other Phillips in town that is much older but HAS the mobile pay option. ???? Read more
The employee are always friendly but the only problems I have experience are the public restrooms are always being closed off do... to a toilet overflowing problem. The other problem is the frozen slurpy machine is always in a cleaning cycle during peakbusiness times. Read more
Okay so I didn't think any gas station was gonna top quick trip in the area.. but man I tell ya.. this place is really changing... my opinion. Super fast service. Kind. And great food. usually don?t do this. I pre-paid $10 for gas, i go to pump and nothing happens. i click a few different buttons and it?s stuck... on the previous transaction. so i hang it up go inside to ask was was wrong with the pump and they try telling me that i got gaswhen surely i didn?t. told me they couldn?t do anything without a manager so i wait two hours for one and nothing. so theybasically robbed me of gas. horrible customer service and i definitely ain?t wasting my time anymore with this place. I was in the new store a few days after it opened. I was going to get some wings & mini tacos. Both of gentlemen working were... helping run the registers. When they got the line down one of came over to help me on his way over to the "kitchen" area hestopped at the hand wash sink. He then proceeded to remove his ball cap & stick his face under the running water & stoppedhimself some water after that he wiped his face with his arm from elbow to the back of his hand. On 10/17/22 between 10 to 10:30 I tried to get some gas because I was running out, these 2 younger white males always harrass me... at the 7/11 store they're employees, I never see them have their uniform but I know they work there because they're alwaysbehind the register, they took a very long time to take my order even though I was the only person in line, ever since I went tothis 7/11 those 2 guys always refuse to give me my receipts, tonight they took a long time to finally pay attention to me eventhough I was the only person in line, they told me that they only take cash, I drove to the bank to get cash, I hate giving themmy cash because they always give out the wrong amount, when I went back from the bank everyone else got to use their cards but Iwas the only one not allowed to, I asked them if their machine works now, and they started laughing at me and ignoring me andtaking their own orders, they also laughed and whispered for me to leave, they basically refused to give me gas, it was the onlygas station I knew that was open, they constantly ignored me and laughed and one of them walked away, when i went back to my carI noticed that my car piece was missing.
