Came in on a Monday night and Waited over an hour after our order to get our food. Didn?t even get our salad or an appetizer. ... Was told a large party came in right before us. A party of two came in after us and got appetizers before us?. After wementioned this and asked for the manager our food came out. Waited another 15 minutes and did not touch our food. I had the Bourbon Street Steak and $ 1.00 12 Shrimp everything was delicious
We got there at 9pm. Starving..we ordered the 2 for 29. Steaks for both of us. His cooked med.well and mine well done. They... arrived 45 min. later and both steaks were almost shoe leather. Worse service ever. Hostess was excellent, very nice and courteous. Waited 20+ minutes for our server to even ask about drinks.... We were already prepared to order appetizers and our entree so we did it at the same time because we knew we would of waitedforever to do so. Waited an hour+ for our food! Our appetizers came out with our entrees and guess what all of it was cold! Iput my chip in the dip that should of been hot but it broke on the hard surface of cheese which should of been melted. I'm not an Applebee's fan. Their food is so so and there's really no atmosphere. Really like the truckstops on the turnpike. ... Since this was about the only option on a Sunday off we went!
