Came in on a Monday night and Waited over an hour after our order to get our food. Didn?t even get our salad or an appetizer. ... Was told a large party came in right before us. A party of two came in after us and got appetizers before us?. After wementioned this and asked for the manager our food came out. Waited another 15 minutes and did not touch our food. The managernever came to see about our issues, even though we repeatedly requested his presence. All the while, other patrons receivedtheir food while we waited. Abysmal experience?. Read more
I had the Bourbon Street Steak and $ 1.00 12 Shrimp everything was delicious
We got there at 9pm. Starving..we ordered the 2 for 29. Steaks for both of us. His cooked med.well and mine well done. They... arrived 45 min. later and both steaks were almost shoe leather. No hint of pink at all. We were so hungry we ate them with outcomplaint. I'm not sure I'll go back. Read more
Worse service ever. Hostess was excellent, very nice and courteous. Waited 20+ minutes for our server to even ask about drinks.... We were already prepared to order appetizers and our entree so we did it at the same time because we knew we would of waitedforever to do so. Waited an hour+ for our food! Our appetizers came out with our entrees and guess what all of it was cold! Iput my chip in the dip that should of been hot but it broke on the hard surface of cheese which should of been melted. Also, noutensils to eat our food. I will never go back its ridiculous that you can't go out and have a pleasant dinner. Read more
This is the fiesta lime chicken that my boyfriend ordered. We did come in at 11:00pm but thats no excuse for the food being... stale such as the rice was. The chicken was stiff and hard as well. I myself ordered their turkey club sandwich with an order offries in which the fries tasted like they were days old. No crunch no nothing. After we returned home my boyfriend complainedabout how the food was tearing up his stomach. I wouldn?t reccomend eating here because the food isnt well prepared. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE. All of the food we ordered came out cold, appetizer and all and presented sloppy as could be. Our pasta looked... nothing like the picture on the menu and tasted exactly like sugar water it was not edible. The best part of our meal was thefrozen warmed up breadstick. Will never be going back. Not to mention we paid 17$ for this pasta? If I had to put a price on it,I would throw it in the trash. Read more
So I was craving some ribs and decided to order Applebee?s ??????????? Wrong move. Let me explain the pictures? this was... supposed to be marinara sauce but it has the consistency of tomato paste, the riblets were cold and looked disgusting, theamount of ranch they gave me was unreal and not to mention the fries were extremely cold. My order was $55 and the manager toldme all she could do was give me a credit for the next time I came in? absolutely not. I'm not an Applebee's fan. Their food is so so and there's really no atmosphere. Really like the truckstops on the turnpike. ... Since this was about the only option on a Sunday off we went! So again, food was so so and no atmosphere. The service, however, was impressive. And that would be the ONLY reason I'd go back. Read more
