My wife was craving wings, so we went. We order our drinks and we're happy. After an hour we asked about our entrees. Our... waitress from the bar went to check. Would have liked to be checked on more often. Waited 15 min to flag down a waiter for my check among other things. Food was... okay, atmosphere is always great. Maybe a bit more training for the waiters especially if they are more introverted. Read more
Really good place to eat. Only inconvenience was we couldn't really get our waiters attention most of the time. We ordered some... Carolina reaper wings so obviously we were downing some drinks and it was a long time that I waited. I really needed a drink.After about 10 minutes I asked a waitress to come over. I told her the situation and asked if she could get me a drink. She wasa bit huffy and puffy I think cuz she was in a hurry so she grabbed my cup and said she would refill it. But then she brought itback out to me and put it back on the table and said my waiter would be there. I didn't really understand what that was about. Iguess he just wanted his tip or something but I just find it wild that she was literally right next to the drink station andthen brought my empty cut back to me instead of just filling it right there. Also, I do not recommend the Carolina reaper wingsunless you really like hot stuff. Do not get me wrong. Were great. It was definitely worth it. Ordering once just because wereally like spicy food. My first time here, there is a take out order and pick up area it wasn't busy so got my order quickly. I had the 15 piece... boneless wings, 5 w/parmesan garlic sauce, 5 w/lemon pepper sauce, 5 w/honey BBQ sauce and regular size onion rings. Everythingwas very good. Read more
My partner and I stopped in for a quick to go order. There was a promotion going on Tuesday for buy one get one free wings. My... partner ordered a six-piece wing (Asian Zing flavor) and I ordered a six-piece wing (Wild flavor). The customer service wasfriendly and we received our order within ten minutes. Masks are required for unvaccinated customers and the dining room is openfor dine-in eating. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and the friendly atmosphere. With this review I am taking into consideration of the short staff and how over worked this industry has to be under during... these times. I?m in no hurry, so I will always understand a few things here or there that really don?t need to be getting me allmad. The food here for me, 10+ times, has all been wonderful. Same with the staff. In national food chains, consistency is kingand that?s what I receive every time. Food is hot, beer is cold, and I clear my plate per usual. I enjoy this place and all it?sofferings. We had a great time as usual. We don't come to "B-Dubs" too often, but it is always a great experience when we do. The staff... are friendly and fun, the food is great (I got the cheese curd burger this time), and they have a pretty great selection of beeron tap. Add all of that to sports on the TVs and trivia, you have a recipe for a great night out with family andfriends. Definitely a great spot to go. Read more
I would rank this higher due to loving Buffalo Wild Wings, but due to limited work staff and a reduced kitchen, it was a longer... than usual wait. The food did come out great, and although the waitress had 15 tables, she was nice to us and helped out whenshe had a moment. But again, we need additional wait staff, to help clear tables and to help customers. Read more
