my pizzas arrived like this so we had to obviously get them remade. when we got there dude had a whole line of dashers waiting... for orders and he just kept stacking them on the shelf and leaving them. not even in a warming oven, just on the counter. notcalling them out, just sitting. they also don?t check the pizzas to make sure they?re fully cooked, while it?s sometimesexpected with a supreme pizza to be a little doughy, a regular cheese pizza shouldn?t be raw. Casey's are great additions to small towns but the lack of customer service makes me want to spend my $$ elsewhere. I walked in... to prepay for my gasoline and there was a line 4 deep and no cashier. I glance around.... nothing. I then say hello.... Anyoneworking? Another customer then notices the employee straightening the drink station and says dude you have quite a line... ifthis was a one off I world be ok. But this is MOST Casey's. Usually their employees are chatting back and forth to one anotherand not focusing on moving customers their the lines. Read more

Out of the Casey's in Leavenworth, this one has a phenomenal food service team. The pizza is consistently great, and the... employees give great customer service. I accidentally dropped my salad in the parking lot, and one of the delivery drivers fixedme a new one with absolutely no second thought. Could not recommend more. Read more
