We get Culvers every Friday night. I look forward to it because that is when my weekend official starts. I LOVE their food. My... dog, Harley, knows when it is Friday too. When I grab my keys she starts going wild because she knows it is time for the BIG pupcup! All the employees are so nice and the food is excellent! If you like fish, you must try it! Read more
After a Visit to Leavenworth, Kansas, I thought, Great, I'll treat myself to a Double Deluxe at Culver's. I ordered a Double... Lettuce on my order. My Burger had a bun that looked somewhat calapsed and had almost no Lettuce. Was this particular locationlimping along with low supply inventory, or are they pinching pennies for profit. I don't know. What I'm certain of is providea service people appreciate and see value in and you thrive. Do the minimum to get by and collapse under your ownweight. Pardon, my review. It was ok. French fries were good. Meat seemed dry. I got a mushroom Swiss burger, and some of the bites from it tasted... burnt. On the kids meal one kid asked for Ketchup on his cheese burger and the other asked for plain, both came out plain. Ourcustards were frozen. Mine seemed to be missing the cherries that I asked for as a mix in. The prices seem high for thequality. No napkins were included in the meal, which totally baffles me. Ordered the fish dinner. It was very good. Had the same dinner about 3 months after they first opened. It was terrible that day.... They have definitely improved. Only complaint was I wasn't given any tartar sauce or utensils and had to go back up to thecounter to ask for missing items. Also had a bit of a wait, about 25 minutes, for food to be brought to our table. Other thanthat, I was very satisfied. Definitely will return. Read more
Food was delicious, however the dining area was in need of some serious attention. Tables not wiped down and the self serve... condiment/drink area was a mess. The floor was wet in front from the soda/ice dispenser. I watched an employee slip around in ita tiny bit but I guess that little caution floor wet sign was the solution rather than clean it up. First time visit and it will be the last. My partner wanted to support this new Culver's location. I ordered two Chicken... Tenders, a Spicy Chicken sandwich (with only onions, pickles and mustard) and a Strawberry Cheesecake Custard. Right away wecould tell the customer service was lacking. Although the restaurant was not busy, it took roughly thirty minutes to receive oursmall order. The top that normally come on the frozen custard has a hole in it therefore, we requested a top that did not have ahole in it (a regular drink top). Customer service really made a big deal about providing a closed top. Pretty sure a lot ofpeople do not want their food or drinks open and exposed to elements. My tenders tasted half done almost like they were cookedin the same grease as fish. My chicken sandwich was limp and the bread was hard. Furthermore, my "frozen" custard was notfrozen. It had the consistency of a warm milkshake. During our visit, numerous people were coming up to the counter reportingissues with their food as well. If you read my reviews you would know that customer service is extremely important to me. Fromnow on we will take our business back to the Legend's location. Read more
Food is great, I prefer Culver's over Freddy's. Reason why this is getting a 3 star is because one of the server's slapped my... meal very rudely onto my phone while I was searching the web. They just gave me a smug look and walked away. Not trying to be aKaren or anything but that is just very unprofessional.
