We love our local dominoes in leavenworth! We honestly haven't too many problems with any of our orders, except for forgetting... our drinks or dipping sauce a time or two. Or our pizza didnt have very much cheese on our delicious Philly cheesesteak pizza(only place in town that has it), But hey were all human, and when the problem was brought to their attention they made sure tomake good on it! Staff is always friendly and helpful, I can't have most of their menu due to being lactose intolerant but they always... accommodate me with their wings and cooked pepperoni, maybe I'm just a little weird Read more
I guess they say third time is a charm... I only eat one thing from this store which is the Mediterranean sub which is a veggie... sub . I can't eat meat except seafood or I get sick. I love this sub, it's the best but I recently ordered one and picked it upto save on delivery fee cause i was told it was 5.00 for the delivery. I get home and start eating it , and low and behold notone but two blonde hairs. The girl making my sub had blonde hair , she may have had in a pink tail to the back bu it still gotin my food . Sooo then I called and she offered to replace it but delivery fee would be 5 dollars so I paid it after waitingover an hr.and my sandwich was cold. I went in tonight to get another one and both girls in there had ponytails to the back andI waited outside and even told her about my last experience and was told I shouldn't have been charged a delivery fee , I was somad. And tonight as I'm in my car watching the employees inside making food and assembling boxes their ponytails are justswinging from one side to the other while working . And I went in and told her how I felt about it . I think as a food businessmaking the food we pay for and rely on should be protected for not only our benefit but theirs too .and she did give me a coupledollars off the sandwich BUT personally it's not clean or professional. And one of the delivery drivers that just came backfrom delivering had shorts on so short that her shirt was as long as her shorts .which is very Un professional. Read more
Picked up a sandwich and some chicken bites for dinner. It was alright I guess. Staff was really to busy to be very customer... friendly. I probably wouldn?t go back or id just stick with pizza. Read more
Placed my order online at 5:14 PM yesterday and the carry out time was 11 minutes. Received my text and clicked on the tracker... and it now said 45 minutes, just to pick up two sandwiches. I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone and they said yeahthey?re having trouble right now and it would be 45 minutes. Arrived at the store and sat in the parking lot and kept my eye onthe tracker because my sandwiches were in the oven. Once the tracker updated to my order was complete, boxed and ready to go, Iclicked on the link that said I?m here and turned my hazards on, which they instructed. The two minute guarantee is that theyhave your order to you within two minutes. As the tracker started counting down, I was watching the young man in front that wasworking the counter. When my tracker got to 13 seconds, he turned around and reached up to a computer screen and tapped it andmy tracker stopped at 13 seconds. It took another 2 to 3 minutes for him to bring my sandwiches, so now I?ve waited 5 minutes onthe two minute guarantee . When I brought this to his attention, he said your order wasn?t ready yet and I?m like yes it was andhe asked did I want to speak to a manager. I declined at that time because they appeared busy. He had forgot the dressing andsauce that I ordered for my sandwiches and had to go back and get it and brought them out. While the sandwiches were good, Ithink they should abide by their two minute car side delivery and fix their online website so it reflects the true carry outtime. Read more
I usually order pizza on Fridays because of a long week and not wanting to cook anything. Domino's has new dips I had to try... and they were great. The 5 cheese dip and twists was SO GOOD. The baked apples and cinnamon twists were really good as well. If you are wanting something different for an appetizer these are worth a try. Read more
I think it's ridiculous to charge $6 for dry breaded processed white meat chicken that you can buy for $0.99 at McDonalds. I... will not be ordering from here again. And if you're going to offer boneless and bone-in wings, you need to add more than justdipping sauce Read more
This location is amazing, everyone there is always great. It's the only pizza place my kids love.
