Came here today around 1pm on Sunday. Nasty behavior from one of the girls working. Entirely rude and hateful towards all... customers there, kept making extremely smug remarks, didn?t want to add more onto any sandwiches, rushed absolutely everyone tohurry up. We had an "awakening moment" when we entered the establishment for our carryout order! Prior to our wait to place our order, we... watched the employees vigorously working their &$$÷$ off to fulfill orders for: 1. Drive Thru (not a good idea) 2. CurbsidePickup 3. Delivery 4. Door Dash & Grub Hub Pickup 5. Counter Orders The quality of the sandwiches ???? cannot be defined by thespeed to complete the orders moving in every direction! This is a new store from what we could tell! The location is a coupleturns off the main road, so be ready! The facility was beautiful inside and out with cleanliness being a top priority! We werethankful to see the 3 "stressed" but working employees, as they maneuvered around and thru each other trying to complete theorders as they arrived so quickly! The employees were all friendly and impressive at their jobs! Our sandwiches were ok, as weopened them 15 min later, the bread was water logged with black olive, pickle, banana pepper ???? and jalapeño juicesrendering the bread ???? inedible! I ordered 2 16' subs tonight and picked it up in the drive thru. I drove all the way home and pulled my sandwich out the bag.... First thing I noticed is that their subs are being cooked very skinny around then I opened my sandwich and it was missingtoppings and they just totally skimped this sandwich as much as they could. When I used to go inside and order a sub they couldbarely close them due to all the veggies I ask for. I was missing three toppings. I explained to the manager that I got thesandwich before my lunch break was over and was getting ready to go back to work. She said the only way she'd replace it is ifI come bring it back. So she's telling me I can't eat lunch and would have to run late back to work to have her replace it. I'mnot losing my job to get my sandwich replaced nor am I going without lunch. I had to eat the sandwich that was practically breadwith no replacement for their errors. I will not be returning if this is the type of management they'll have in this place. Totop it off everytime I tried to talk to the manager she tried speaking over me and not understanding my circumstances. Read more
Great customer service ordered the $5 to go meals highly recommend. Good portioned easy grab and go meals for my busy schedule.... Placed my order that morning at 9am online for 1pm pickup. My order was ready on time ordered 12 meals. Read more
