Used the mobile app for the first time to save time during my lunch. Got in line at the drive through and waited close to 20... minutes to get through it. Confirmed my order and had to fight my way through the ready of the line with the two linesmerging. Mainly wanted some fries and a McRib. What I got was cold old fries and chicken nuggets instead of my McRib. I guessmy bad that I didn't check the bag before leaving but I lost half of my lunch break to waiting in line. Read more

One of the best McDonald's stores I've visited in the KC area. The food is good and they get my orders right and it's usually... hot. Most employees are nice and friendly but some could definitely be nicer instead of just putting the orders on counter andwalking away. Read more

This store is very rude and not at all nice that customer service should be. They say they are closed but yet everything says... they are opened until 1am. And it is only 12am. They need to learn how to treat customers. If you are closed. Turn your lightoff. And don?t answer the drive order. But you say you are closed and then go and greet the person in drive thru but won?t taketheir order. That?s is very disrespectful and not at all what you should do. If you are closed. You tell the customer you areclosed and the next time you can serve then. You DO NOT greet them. Then completely ignore them as if they aren?t there. That isnot what a human should ESPECIALLY one in customer service. I do not care what kind of store it is. Or what company it is. Youdo not treat customers like the way this store treated me and my boyfriend. It is down right disgusting as a customer serviceperson myself. Worst. Store. Ever. Read more
