No love here for my small gluten-free pizza from Papa Johns! Cheese placement was off and whoever cut it into slices could use... some more training! Plus, both my pizza and a large thin crust for the fam were not the crispy, crunchy crust we?ve enjoyed inthe past. The crusts were tasteless and just undercooked. The worse place! Ordered the night before for pizza to be delivered at 1030am today 26th May 2022. Guess what? Pizza did not... show up till 2hours 30 min later. ice cold. And I called the store 7 times. Only 3 times they picked up, the rest they left thevoice on forever. Eveytime theu said there is no one to deliver the pizza on base. I said I could meet with the driver at thegate if they can't come in but they did not do so. No one update me the status of the pizza and when I can meet the driver Istead of him can't get on base. and I ordered extra pineapple but it on had a little bit of pineapple. Half of my pizza was totally burnt, I called to let them know knowing that I asked for a well done pizza. Unfortunately this Papa John?s is horrible. Third try for us, and third time our pizza has been cold by arrival, this one after... 2 hours of waiting. Currently heating the oven so I can warm it up a little. Purchase from Pizza Hut or dominoes if you can...or do store bought. Any of those options will be better than this. Read more
Don?t bother. Pizza is terrible, more than likely cold when delivered. It is obvious no one that works there cares about... customer satisfaction or customer service.
