Will not give extra ranch dressing for salad. Would not even let us buy it. RESPONSE: I emailed you on 3/9 and never got a... response "We live by Zona Rosa and our papa murphy's is always a different experience (staff and food) than your store. Maybethey give too much as extra salad dressing is free from them. We ordered five salads and gave one extra packet for the wholebunch and when asked to buy more, we were told no. We even left a $10 tip when we ordered. I hate leaving negative reviews inLeavenworth because I own property there and want businesses to thrive but my several experiences with your store warranted thatone. Ordered a pizza showed up at 6:55 pm the manager said they close at 7:00 and there was a sign on the door as she was locking the... door. 1. Nothing on website saying they were closing early. 2 it was 6:55 pm and they were locking the door knowing there was apickup. She did open the and sold me my ordered pizza very rudely. The last three times I've been at this place they have messed up my order. I called them to let them know my order was messed... up. I was really polite and told them my pizza didnt even have sauce on it. He instantly yelled at me and hung up. This happenedthe last time they meesed up my pizza. I was there the last time and the guy was yelling at me in the lobby to just accepttheir mistake. He can not admit when he messes up and makes you pay for his mistakes. The pizza is already expensive as is thenyou have have to deal with a dysfunctional crew. Fyi while my dad was there picking up the pizza an elderly gentlemen was theresaying he didn't get one of his pizzas and the same guy was yelling at him. He left without getting his pizza. We ordered online more than an hour before pickup. We arrived 15 minutes late and the order wasnt ready at all. While waiting... for them to make our order, three customers came in. They stopped working on our order to take their orders and made them allbefore fulfilling ours. Very unfortunate because we like the food but wont be going here because of their customer service. *Edit: My original review was kind of old and I've had more consistently well prepared pizzas lately and enacted to update my... review to show that. There are still occasional misfires like skimping on seasonings, etc but better than before! --------- Apretty good choice for pizza, good concept and affordable. This particular location is inconsistent. Sometimes the service isgreat, fast and accurate. Other times we've stood around waiting when we're the only customers and they skimp on toppings. Read more
