This place is more like a zoo or a circus. It is extremely loud. The employees are not mindful of their customers trying to... work. They carry their own conversations as if they were at a farmers market. The music is even louder. I have been to severalStarbucks and other coffee shops in the area and this is the worst coffee shop. Worst Latte' experience I ever had at a Starbucks!!! For starters, the trainee, the young man, who took my orders, would not... listen properly to my specific orders. I tried humbly many times to explain about Micro foam & to him & the young female baristabut they could not understand. Twice, they made my Venti Latte' and not a single foam, or Micro Foam at all. They just gave me ahot milk & a hot Expresso mixed!!! Forget about The concept of Frothing at this joint!! As an 8 year Gold Status member, theymade me feel that I interrupted their day for specifically asking how I want my latte. After all, I paid my hard earned $. Iwasn't asking for a freebie!!!
