Worked as a opener to store manager was always late ..pointed out she was manager all the time..Walked out on her..moved to 10th... street store where was suppose to be training for management ..never got trained on paperwork except the last three days nevermentioned to owner..was suggested go to to different store by manager trainer they needed management and heard her on phone andthe person Chris was on speaker when suggested I go he never said anything..This company allows people who are constantly lateand have a clique dirty stores to still stay..could it be they are in one big clique one colored person works there this storeis really sad Read more
Been wanting to go here for 4 years. Finally got to go and for three people to eat it ended up being over $50. All we got was a... sandwich and a medium drink each. The radio. There was very staticky and kind of annoying to listen to. My boyfriend. Sandwichwas very sloppy and they charge per meat. They did not carry the poppy seed dressing or the sweet onion dressing, but they didhave the teriyaki sweet onion dressing and I was a little nervous to try it but it ended up being really good. I'm giving a single star because of the manager on duty. The young man that was working the counter was nice and doing the best... he could. I spent over a half hour waiting to be served. Two customers ahead of me ordered 7 sandwiches. He told the guy thathe had 7 sandwiches. The guy call for the manager to help him and she ignored him. The next customer had 2 sandwiches. I gotto my order. I needed a gift card. The guy needed help ringing it up and that's when she finally came out. In the meantime 3more customers arrived. When she was asked why she wasn't helping she gave alot of excuses. She should've helped her employee.Her paperwork could've waited. Customers Come First. Read more
Horrible service. I was served by a Roxanne, who obviously didn't want to serve me. She took her time and was noticeably... uninthused to serve me to make a less than mediocre sandwiche for me as she coughed everywhere possible while making mysandwiche and ensuring that I knew that she was less than pleased to make it. Of the subways in town this was my least favoritevisit and I'll likely never be back. I'd recommend picking another sandwiche chain than to be forced with dealing with thisunprofessionalism. This location had dead flies in their food and does not even seem to care. All they will do to "make it right" if give you more... food...which had flies so why would anyone want that...manager refused to give a refund, give me her regional managers number,,or even the my number to her manager. New sandwiches are excellent. Customer service was excellent as well. New renovations to the store are fantastic.
