Definitely not a 2 star hotel! The place is extremely clean with plush pillows and comfortable mattresses. Staff were friendly... and patient. They have a hall for hosting events and a nice small basketball court and mini golf park in the back. Breakfast wasexcellent, sausages were so good and juicy. I stayed in the Schumann suite with jetted tub and it was worth every penny! This is the first trip I?ve been on in a long time... where nothing was bad about it. The room? Spotless and cozy. The breakfast? Free and up to par with breakfast diners. The staff?So friendly, they remembered my name and helped me find a perfect spot to propose. Thank you for making my stay literallyperfect! We stayed several days. Best breakfast which varied the choices each day. Helpful staff. Cleanest place we have ever stayed in.... Best bed ever. They are in the midst of upgrades throughout and they nailed it! The grounds are kept in great shape too. Greatchoices for suites, condos, meeting space and more! Quiet location. This place was great for me and my wife?s honeymoon getaway. The breakfast was delicious and they would change it up some days.... Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed free bike rides and miniature golf. This placewas close to the enchanted park entrance which took us 3 different days to explore. We also enjoyed the hot tub although itdidn?t bubble as much as I thought but honestly such a minor inconvenience compared to our overall amazing stay here. Highlyrecommend this place. Read more
We really enjoyed the stay at Icicle Village Resort. The staff was great. We stayed for four days. Even though they are not... cleaning that people are staying for an extended time, the staff made sure we had enough towels and fresh bedding. Of course wehad to change our own bedding. The breakfast were very good. Something different each day. Because we were there after theLabor Day holiday, there was hardly any folks staying. We were there for our Anniversary which made it even more wonderful. Read more
My family stayed at Icicle Village for four nights in February and loved it. We were part of a larger group that stayed in... several rooms/condos. The kids loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with somegreat hot food items from eggs and hash browns to French toast and waffles - it was a perfect start before heading out skiingeach morning. Walking distance to town and several nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. Can?t wait to go back! Read more
Definitely better than a 2-star hotel. Not sure where Google got that rating. Very quick and smooth check-in process. I showed... up early, and my room wasn't ready yet. They called me once it was ready for me to check in. Check out was done by text so Icould just go straight from my room to my car. Breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was good as well for dinner. Room wasvery comfy. They're within about a 12-min walk to the downtown area. Closer to the park for some nice walking and scenery. WiFiwas excellent and supported streaming without a hitch. Shower had great water pressure. All around an excellent experience. Read more
My wife booked this weekend for us as a birthday gift for me, and it was perfect! The free breakfast buffet was amazing! Dinner... at the Resort Restaurant was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We came home completelyrefreshed. We can't wait to go back with our kids! Read more
