The first interaction was with our Google reservation which had been confirmed. The hostess had no clue, but she had room and... sat us. We were waited on promptly and got our drinks right away, but that's where there service went downhill. After servalminutes of waiting, we flagged down another server to inquire where our server was, and when he looked he could not find her. Sowe ordered with him - an app, and two entrees. All came out within 5 mins of each other. When I protested, he said they wereeverywhere and too busy to space things out. The Kase Spatzel was completely under seasoned. The German potato salad was cold onthe edges and hot in the middle like it had been under a heat lamp forever. My partner's schnitzel was good until he got to thebottom piece which was soaked in red cabbage juice. We were so disappointed and it was never clear whom our server was, so wedidn't know who to complain to. Would never recommend or return. Absolutely horrible. Read more
The best meal we have had in this town in last 3 days. We split the family platter and my daughter got the chicken schnitzel. ... It was all wonderful. The cloves in the red kraut were perfect. We are bringing home a ton of left overs. Too fulll to trydessert. Read more

Upon a recommendation we came.. Started the meal off with the large pretzel w/beer cheese sauce. It didn't last long. It was... delicious. Even though there was 3 of us we ordered the family meal for 4, because we couldn't make our minds up It all soundedwonderful. Unpretentious but authentic with really good beer and food. My friend had pork schnitzel for the first time and swapped in... spätzle to try that too. She really enjoyed her dinner with a Doppelbock beer. I had Schweinshaxe and a pils. Friendly service. Read more
Pretzel was good. Main dishes were okay but you can tell they make food fast and not necessarily use high quality ingredients,... which we were expecting considering most entrees were over $20. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Read more
