LAZY. There was still plenty of time left before closing. They took the order of the car ahead of me and then turned me away... when I pulled up to the microphone. Apparently the manager said they randomly decided to close early despite there being asubstantial amount of time left before official closing hours. I went ahead and did an online order which was capable of goingthrough, which to me, proved how lazy they were. That being said, I wouldn?t eat there knowing they operate in this manner. Excellent experience compare to last year. New Management turned it all around. I was impressed by their service and food... quality. Manager himself served us on our tables. 7 star fine dining service at fast food restaurant. Read more
McMuffin was fresh and hot. Friendly smiling staff. And very clean inside and out.
Quality and service is going down hill. Just went thru drive thru and order 3 basic things , Oreo McFlurry - got half a full cup... with some cookie crumbles on top not mixed., small fry-cold ¬ fresh, cheese burger-cold. Line was too long to go back aroundand with how busy they are things shouldn?t be sitting and getting cold. For +10$ I could have gone to local burger spot forcheaper. Next time I will. Read more
Cool looking McDonald?s! We did have to place our own orders at a kiosk which was fine but kinda hard to do the deals like Buy... one Get one for $1. We ordered McChicken?s they were not good they were probably sitting out for a while so were not that fresh. Read more
If i could rate it less than one i would. We were forced to order from the kiosks even though paying cash. Had to go to the... register for that anyway. They got my order wrong. The dining area is too small for a tourist location. Very uncomfortable. Read more
I can't believe it! I drove thru Leavenworth to eat at McDonald's. My grandkids, however, did not see the irony in it. But the... place is reliable and you know what you are getting. They have touch screen ordering menus now. I think it takes the guessworkout. Read more
I understand that this is in a tourist area but $3 for a cheeseburger that is usually .99 cents is ridiculous. The service... wasn't poor but was exceptional either. Loved the town theme of the restaurant though it was very enjoyable to see. Read more
