This is the only Starbucks I know of at the city center. It?s convenient, the staff is friendly, fast and they give a free cup... of ice and water if you ask, when you order a drink. It?s a super hot day so that was nice. Nice seating inside and outside. Ilike this place and would recommend it. Thanks for reading this review. You have drive through only, which was an issue, as was the fact they were out of important menu options, but the staff members... are outstanding and were great at coming up with an alternative drink for me, a white chocolate toffee nut hot latte, whichactually exceeded my expectations and was even better than what I had originally ordered. Kudos to the young man and woman whorose to the occasion and made the experience truly delightful and fun for us! Great service! Beautiful location! Read more
Allows you to order via the app since they are to be open 5am. So they will take your money, but when you pull up to the store... they conveniently have a sign that says open not until 6am. Disappointed that people can?t even show up to do their jobsreliably. Read more

Drinks were great on a hot day!! Personal was not helpful to people standing in line for their bathrooms. You need a code, which... than we had to ask the front gal the code. Instead of the personal, could have show some courtesy as they came out of thebathroom. Read more
I just can't say enough good things about this store they know me my name, they know the large complicated order I have for the... guys that work for me every morning, they are always in a good mood no matter how busy it is and it gets real busy, and whenanother store has made my drink incorrectly they have always made it right, the staff at the store goes the extra mile, and theytake on a lot of extra work because of the tourist crowds. As a local I can't say enough how they are just simply the best. The people at the store are the ones Starbucks corporate should be focused on keeping around, these folks are the example ofwhat great service is!!! Read more
Came on a Sunday and it was busy. I didn?t have an issue about the wait, I totally understand Leavenworth and the craziness on... weekends. Unfortunately I ordered an iced vanilla breve and the rude lady with short dark hair made the drink hot. I kindly said?is this the vanilla breve? I ordered it hot.. I?m so sorry? She ripped the drink out of my hands, dumped it in the sink, andaggressively made it iced. I thanked her after, she didn?t say a word back.. I felt so uncomfortable. I don?t think I?ll ever goback, which sucks.. I?m a local of 25 years . Read more
