First time we ordered from their new sandwich menu. These sandwiches have certain sides included but asked if they could put... lettuce and other condiments on the sandwich. Yes they added them, but charged 29 cent for each thing you added. So sandwich wasnot the price stated on menu. What a way to make extra money on an order. We eat at Subway a lot but will not order from newsandwich menu. Maybe it was this Subway only because they don't take Subway coupons either. Just a heads up for thisplace. Also, they don't have a fountain drink area so you can order drinks or get water if you want a drink with your meal. Willnot return to this Subway ???? Read more
We will not go back to this Subway again. Unless they hire staff that can understand english! Not trying to be racist but you... have to be able to understand what people want. Last night the staff got the basic sandwich right, but nothing else . We gothardly any items on the sandwiches we wanted and stuff we never asked for. An authentic Bavarian experience! Nestled in a motor fuel dispensary, this little treasure served our emergency hunger issues... flawlessly. As a huge bonus the staff had quite reasonable English language skills and my Germanic sandwich was a triumph of theart of assembling my requested ingredients. I can easily give it vier Sterne. I should probably not offer two stars, but I did it in hope that the food would have been decent if we even got that far. The... customer service was ABYSMAL. So much so that we stopped our order and LEFT. Never in my life have I had to do that. We ended upgoing to a local grocery store by the recommendation of a local, and our sandwiches were amazing AND super reasonable. Wish they had the daily specials like all the other Subways but otherwise fine for a quick sandwich. Fresh food. Four stars for... lack of daily deals. For the folks harping on the slower folks, keep in mind many of the children/teens that live here may behere because its their first job and they're very nervous or intimidated by bossy city folk (I'm from Los Angeles, I can saythat) That being said, give the kids a chance to serve you they you'd like and go slow.
