Wow! My favorite place in all of Leavenworth. Stumbled on this by accident looking for late night food. It was an off day and... just before closing so we were one of the few people there. They stayed open just so we wouldn't feel rushed to eat. Awesomefood, Great Service and they made us feel like we'd been coming there for years. The BBQ was excellent. And, if you read myposts, you know I'm from Texas, and I know a thing or too about BBQ and Chili. Highly recommend this gem. It's on the firstfloor, at the back. Quick summary of visit on 7/26/2017: - All outdoor seating, with misters, a stage for live music, and a panoramic, blue chalk... wall. - Pulled pork and banana pudding (egg-free for the allergy folks) were excellent. - Amazing specialty drink of the day(Moscowonder Mule). - Beer selection was disappointing. At a late lunch (around 1:15PM) on 7/26/2017. Was a great spot to stopin with the dog (was too hot to leave in the car) and kid-friendly. This is a separate space, but is easily confused with theadjoining brewery, DogHaus brewing. Meat options vary, but today's were smoked chicken, pulled pork, and smoked sausage. Mywife and I both opted for the pulled pork BBQ meal, which includes two sides. Between the two of us, we got chips, bananapudding, and baked beans. The pulled pork (and the BBQ sauce) were excellent, as was the banana pudding. The baked beans hadlegit pulled pork and were pretty tasty, although I think both of us would've preferred a bit of sweet (i.e. brown sugar). Theyhad a specialty drink, called a Moscowonder Mule, which was ridiculously refreshing on this hot day. My wife downed two ofthem. I had two beers from their offerings. The beer selection was disappointing, both in quality (DogHaus Sit Stay IPA tastedvery homebrewey) and options. Besides the DogHaus taps (there were four), almost all of the remainder of the beers available arewidely distributed throughout Washington (e.g. Elysian, Bellvue, Black Raven, Rogue). I was hoping for beers that aren'tavailable West of the Cascade mountains (we came from Seattle) and/or weird German beers, to go with the whole Bavarian thingthat defines Leavenworth. Music playing over the speakers (no live music while we were there) was mostly instrumental funk andfunky R&B; great stuff, really.
