I wouldn't say this is super traditional bingsu, more like a spin on the classic. I got the honeydew, which included cut up... strawberries, lychee jelly and a waffle cone piece. I thought that is was really good and the lychee jelly wasn't to sweet oroverpowering to the honeydew flavor. Also the honeydew flavor which tasted like a blend of honeydew and Korean melon (for somereason I can't remember it's actual name ????) was not overwhelmingly sweet by itself but was a tad too sweet for my liking withthe sweetened condensed milk. My only real complaint is there were no dairy free options, but what should I expect, it's an icecream place ?(´??)?. I'll definitely be coming back and trying some of their other options soon. I tried the fruit tea with lychee jelly and the soft serve. Soft serve was delicious and creamy but is non-dairy and lactose... free?! Can't beat that. I want to come back and try the snow cream it looked really innovative! Very cute shop and the girlsworking were really helpful and took the time to answer my questions and were gracious when I spilled some of my drink on thefloor. Read more
My husband and I love this place! Coming from California, this is a quality place and they have wonderful treats! This is 1 out... of 2 of my fav boba places in KC. I especially love the vegan options as it?s hard to find a boba place in KC that you can addnon dairy milk so I don?t just always have to get a fruit tea. We love everything we?ve had from here, but my favorite is thebrown sugar boba milk tea with oat or soy milk!! Read more

Great place for some unique ice cream flavors and just about any topping you could want. While I think some items might be over... priced once you include all the toppings, I still think the taste can justify treating yourself every now and then. Read more
