Pros: 1) Best Queso we?ve had in Kansas City (Queso Blanco) 2) Friendly staff 3) Fairly good tamale 4) Good burrito if you get... the sauce on the side (prevents it becoming soggy) Cons: 1) Soggy Chimichanga (similar to Jose Peppers, which makes sense) 2)Average general flavor and general sort of feel 3) Expensive ($14-$15 for a single burrito plate) Read more
I ate at Cactus Grill for the first time last week and absolutely loved it! It's delicious; what I would consider elevated... Mexican food, but not pricey! The atmosphere is fantastic too...perfect for a girls night or happy hour but I also saw lots offamilies having fun too. (Oh and great cocktails too! ????) Read more
Food was great!! Chips were thin and warm, salsa was tasty!! Only downfall was the waiter. He was not very personable, talked... very quickly and abrupt, hard to understand and acted like it was just a job that he did not want to do. Not sure if he washaving an off day?
