Waited 70 mins for sandwich. Sandwich arrived but incorrect order. Called and was told "we will replace but need to pick up... sandwich. Not sure how long the wait will be, we only have 3 drivers." Wow.......... lets see if my order ever arrives. Motoof "frinkin fast" needs to change. Also.... paid $13 for a turkey and cheese sandwich. Took 2 MORE HOURS to receive mycorrected order. Read more
You could tell they were having a great time in the back. They were also quickly moving everything forward. And even when they... felt like even though they were going fast they apologized for it getting to me slow and it absolutely was not slow at all. Theyalso were joking and having fun with us which made us feel comfortable and that we were having a good time and it just madeeverything better for the meal we were having and helped us set a really good tone. Would rate 4.5 stars if I could. Shouldn't take nearly an hour to complete delivery orders within a mile of the store. Other... than that, sandwiches are always great but delivery is not exactly freaky fast. Read more
This place is THE BEST Jimmy John?s location I?ve been to. The staff is always so nice and my order (which is a complicated one)... is always spot-on and delicious! They are all smiles and very hard-working. So happy this is my local store! 10 out of 5 stars! Read more
No longer fast or fresh. We came in and ordered on 8/21/2021. There was only one employee when we ordered, he had to make all 4... of our sandwiches by himself and did not appear to have any desire to be freaky fast. When we finally got our sandwiches mybread was rock hard on the bottom. I pinched it to crack the crust to see how deep the hard part was. My wife took it to back upto the counter and complained. Another employee had shown up and he said he would remake it. After waiting several minutes hegave us back the sandwich. I swear, was just as hard on the bottom and had the same crack in the bottom I had made to see howdeep the hard part was. I am pretty sure they just gave us back the same sandwich! Read more
