This McDonald?s has the most useless computer directed ordering system when going through the drive-through. I would avoid this... McDonald?s just to avoid their drive-through. Otherwise the food quality is fine and the staff are on par with every otherMcDonald?s. Read more

The worst customer sevice in the history of McDonald's. First the automated ordering was a nightmare. I ordered a large cup of... ice, willing to pay fill price. Impossible to order without ordering something else, ordered tea too. At the pick up window Ireceived a small cup of ice. I asked again for a large. A manager appeared at the window, eyes shooting in different directionscalling me "baby". I was told I couldn't have a large cup, only small & to go to the EZ Mart or grocery store for ice. I againsaid, I'm willing to pay for it, she refused to give it to me. I asked for two additional small cups, she still refused tofulfill my request. I again said I would pay for it. All I wanted was 1 large cup of ice, forced to buy tea, unwilling to giveor let me purchase a large cup of ice, she was SO RUDE while also calling me baby every other word. She was very abrasive & thefarthest from any resemblance of customer service. (every McDonald's allows a large cup of ice purchase for .09 to .11 cents, Iwould have paid $1.10 just for ice in a large cup and no tea) Read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It went beyond I am tired and had a bad day. She was more than rude, she was... belligerent. She yelled at me multiple times because I kept repeating that I was not finished with order. She refused to letfinish ordering. Then she practically threw my food at me without a thank you and slammed the window. I had not raised voice,yelled at her or anything. I simply asked if I could complete me order. Very rude!!!!!! I pulled up to the window to order and started taking my order, before I had even gotten to the second item the women inside... demanded I pull up to the window. I kindly told her that I wasn't finished taking my order and she proceeded to demand againthat I pull up to the window without even acknowledging what I just said. I pulled up to the window and she proceeded to rudelyshoot my total at me, to which I responded that I wasn't finished ordering She then replied with "I heard you the first 3 times"and shot my total at me again. I almost drove off but I didn't want to be rude so I payed for my order, which she quickly threwin and a bag and shoved at me with no receipt. I kindly told her thank you and left. I would go out my way to come to this McDonald's again. The service was fast and actually took the time to correctly prepare my... mobile order. Thanks again to the young man that ran my food out and made sure it was correct. Keep up the great work. Read more

Went through drive-thru. Ordered a quarter pounder meal for my kid. Got home. NO MEAT ON THE SANDWICH ???? So I called. No... apology, come back & we'll get you a new one. I'm already back home & don't want to drive back & wait in line for another 15minutes. Their response? Next time bring in the receipt & we'll get you a replacement. No refund. I'm sorry but I don't thinkthere will be a next time. I understand if you mess up a special request, but forgetting to put meat on a burger?!? Read more

Worst experience ever for McDonald's in the last 5 years. They are using a new automated voice system at the ordering menus... through the drive-through and it does not work at all. Then when they answer with a real human being they are extremely rude toyou with their voice and their comments. I am still waiting in line after 9 minutes and I still have 4 cars in front of me. Iwill never stop at this McDonald's again and that's a promise. It appears that it's gonna take a long time before managementcorrects the issues that run as deep as they are. BTW, if the automated menu is the future for McDonalds, I will switch toBurger King, McDonalds, Wendy's or other facilities that Don't use a computerized automation voice to replace a human.
