Food was good but the staff was not, I got my breakfast sandwich then was sent back to the bakery because I was never given my... muffin. My daughter and I stopped here for coffee before a doctor's appointment. I got a Danish and a cup of black coffee and she got... one of those fancy coffees. The Danish was very very good and I just drink my coffee black. It wasn't bitter, it was quite good.She said her drink the coffee was very very dark and bitter and way too much foam. I'm disappointed with the service I received today for missing my order. Firstly they miss an order and that made me drive all... the 20 mins back and forth. When I got there I asked for a manager whom I can talk to . A young boy claimed that he was themanager when asked for an answer looked clueless. An elderly gentleman then came to rescue and apologized for the inconveniencecaused. Please be considerate when people order online. They can be sometime sick, have small kids and will be relying on thefood. Missing an order can be a big deal to travel back and forth in difficult times and situations. Read more
15 empty tables at 1:30 on Saturday. None of them were clean. They all had food smeared on them or smears of gunk on them. I... walked around the whole restaurant. Then I told the manger and he made an excuse about how they were busy. He did ask someone togo clean tables. Nothing addresed to me about cleaning a table for me. No apology. I think they are to blame for asking theircustomers to clear their open tables. It feels rude to leave your plate on the table but if you clear it yourself, you are justguaranteeing that the next guest gets your dirty table. The restaurant can and will ignore it once the dirty dishes are gone. Ileft a dollar tip at the register when I paid. I want it back. Read more
The manager, Joshua by far is the best I have observed. Everything appears to run efficiently. I stop in to get iced tea daily... and its always filled whereas other locations may run out or its empty! The employees appear to like working there and, itsalways clean. When I place orders at this location, its quick and easy. All the employees seem very helpful. In my opinion,this manager of this location should be what other locations strive for. A good manager creates good team dynamic whichincreases productivity therefore impacts the bottom line in a positive way, all other Panera locations should mirror Joshua'smanagement approach. Came from KU breast cancer .center with my mom and looked forwat Panera Bread. Could tell when I walked in that this was not... going to be a good experience. The young woman behind the counter was not friendly, acted like she didn?t want to take ourorder. When I picked up the order, my mom?s soup was wrong and her sandwich was dry. The dessert was great. It's decent enough comfort food, with a good bakery. What I did like is their ordering kiosks has options to list off food... allergies, so it's easier to avoid foods with "forbidden" ingredients to your dietary restrictions. With that said, the kioskswe're having issues that day, but I managed to finish my order. As for selection, besides the bakery, it was paltry forvegetarians, even less for vegans. There should be a few more choices not loaded with meat, dairy, eggs, honey and so on. Butoverall, I was there for the bagels and bread, and got those fine. Read more
