I bought several hundred dollars worth of smoothie king gift cards and received a couple dozen bonus cards each worth $5. Used... several of them with no issues. Tried to use a new one today at this location and was told the card had 0 balance. The managerscanned literally 5 more and all said ?$0 balance?. I think something is wrong w/ their system since these bonus cards werenever used. I showed her the emails from Smoothie King with all the bonus cards left. There literally is not enough time to useall of them unless I go every day which it?s too cold to do so right now. Horrible service and she acted like I was trying toreuse these cards which is not even possible since they didn?t become active till 1/1. I still need to find put why these bonuscards won?t work cause the only reason I bought hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards was because of the bonus cardspromotion. Feel like I was scammed into buying the gift cards now that a lot of the bonus cards they sent me are not working!The lack of customer service I received from the manager at this location did not help either. They need to train their mgmtbetter to deal w/ these issues. Read more

Pretty good, really, though at $10 for a large, 40 ounce smoothie, it can't be an everyday purchase for me. However, I will say... the smoothie makes a good meal replacement in itself. I wish the menus were slightly more clear on which drinks were trulyvegan, but I was able to find one I liked that fit my needs. Read more

I have arrived at Smoothie King on Roe twice at 8am in the last week and both times there was a sign that said "gone to bank, be... back shortly"......guess I will wait for lunch since no one is at the store at 8am when it opens at 7am. Read more
At least 3-4 times a week I get a smoothie for lunch. Great product, love the flavors. But please, with the prices of the... smoothies being as high as they are, is there anyway you could possibly add an employee to work there? You have to have enoughpeople staffed to cover the orders you?re processing. Nobody wants to wait for 10-15 minutes for a smoothie. That?s just thefacts. Read more
