The food was good and hot. The employee that waited on me was very friendly and polite. She had a smile on her face the order... was right the inside of the restaurant was very clean. When I was getting my drinks the manager had given me a soda carry sothat i wouldn't spill my drinks and they employee at the cash register had offered to help me but I said no and thank her forthe offer. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes south to the one in Mascoutah. They will at least give you decent nuggets because they... change the oil. Been here many times, because we don't feel like driving further, always regret it. Read more
Went through drive thru this morning and lady could not understand that we wanted a sausage McGriddle made into a meal. She was... very snotty asking if we wanted the egg and cheese. My husband so no, just a sausage McGriddle. Still unfriendly and then didn?tadd the hash brown to the order. No reason to be so crabby!! Read more
Their fries ???? are trash, burgers are greasy. Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal they gave us a cheese burger instead.... Ordered a $3 cheese danish it looked like someone took a bite of it and it was small to begin with. Why i stop going toMcDonald's in the first place. Y'all get paid to much to reheat food. Only recieved 3 of our 4 burritos, we asked for 2 meals but it was rang up as only 1 so no second hashbrown, and our two coffees... were wrong as well which we pointed out before the order was totaled, but still wasn't fixed. Read more

Service was really slow at the drive thru the car ahead must have had a very*very large**large order we were behind them for 15... minutes they were talking to the Speaker. I finally went around parked and went inside placed my order with the machine. Thefood was what we ordered ,hot except the fries were a little cold, th ed CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE AWFUL STATED my 7 yr oldgrandaughter, SHE WOULD NOT EAT THEM, I actually got them for my dog not her, she dod ask for them seperately, I refused she gota happy meal my dog did eat them. I would never buy them for her especially after this experience it would have been wastedmoney she said "they are awful" i believe thee were over cooked. The only thing consistent about this location is their inability to cook french fries properly. Someone please, please, PLEASE... explain to these millennials that people don't want their food FASTER, they want it FULLY COOKED. You're literally ruining whatMcDonald's fries are supposed to be.
