The young guy at drive thru, had a female come to the microphone when we were asking about the specials and she said something... and then, when we got to window, he got the money and said, my crippled girlfriend said to tell you hi, to the fellow I waswith. My friend said I don't know ny crippled women, in there and the young guy working said hold on closed the window andwalked away and came bk with our food,( which mine was wrong and horrible tasting) and he said she hoping to wave when you driveby the window. Now if she works there and is crippled with a broken or whatever, is thst legal and why would they say that to myfriend. She was laid across a bench in the restaurant and inside was closed. Coke machine out front didn't work. The ice machine in back was broke. Crew didn't know what the Bronco sauce was. Asked for the... Prime Rib cheesesteak sandwich. I received the smokehouse country style rib instead. Fiance asked for ranch dressing and theywere out. The food was good. Cleanliness of dining room could have been better. I got the Greek Gyro with a dr pepper and a strawberry cream pie. The gyro was not warm and I did not get any tzatziki sauce.... The Dr Pepper also was watered down. Good thing Im just passing threw. Read more

This specific restaurant is absolutely terrible. Both times I went and got a wrap they barely put anything in the wrap. There... were literally 5 layers of tortilla shell in the middle when I was eating it which tells you how small they make them. Totalripoff, especially when the meal is $12! Also their chicken is always insanely dry and cold, almost like it was sitting outovernight or something. Read more

Truly an exquisite rip off and a time wasting location. $5 for a medium shake order jamoka got a vanilla shake with just a... whisper of jamoka flavor. Added slow inconsiderate and rude staff. Definitely pass this place by unless you have 45 minutes toget a simple order. Truly a disappointing experience. Read more

First time eating at Arby's. Place in the dining area is clean, floor can be slippery though. Mac & cheese sauce is great my son... loved it but i prefer the pasta to be a little, it felt gummy, Cajun fish wrap was delicious, chicken bacon sandwich is good butthe classic roast sandwich seemed to be stale. We stopped on our trip to visit lil Arcola where my fiancé was laid to rest. The cashier was rude to my mother, so much so she... was nice to the people before and after her. My mom ran to the restroom after she asked for Arby?s sauce and the cashier had anattitude and threw the sauce in the bag. It wasn?t the toss but the attitude itself, it was as if my mother inconvenienced her(and the condiments are put away because of the mandate) but this cashier helped an elderly couple after my mom and was as sweetas can be. Even I went up there and ordered more curly fries and she was at least decent, fake but decent. I didn?t understandwhere this came from. I know when I ordered my mom couldn?t hear the cashier because of the mask, my mom wasn?t rude to her shejust couldn?t hear her. What bothers me most is when we were walking out one of us heard her say we were ignoring them becausethe cashier was mean to her. What a way to treat a customer?! I decided I?d leave a review and started taking pictures outsidethe building and was alerted of what was said as we were walking out. I walked back in and asked the manager if I could have aprivate word outside. We as a family have been thru hell and back and certainly do not need a person representing Arby?s totreat my mother so badly and disrespectful. For what reason? Today world of hate please stop allowing employees to treat yourpaying customers so poorly while treating other customers with the utmost respect.. this is the wrong way to represent a companyyou work for.
