I ordered through doordash delivery. It was a large order. The boneless chicken was ok, not great. Burger was great. Fries were... chewy and oily. Not cooked well I think. Ordered two fries, one with seasoning, one without. No seasoning on either. Sauces werenot in order even though they were paid for. Prices are very high for what is offered. Read more
DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. Absolutely disgusted by this location. We have eaten here many times and never had an... issue until Friday 8/12/2022. My family had spent the day apart but decided to all eat wings, nachos, and fried pickles fromthis location for dinner. My husband picked up the food and brought it home. By 4 AM Saturday we were all violently ill. So illthat two of us had to be hospitalized for extreme dehydration. I called and spoke with a manager around 10:30. She told me theGM Miranda would call me later that afternoon. I never received a phone call from her so I went ahead and called again. When shespoke to me she was EXTREMELY rude. She said that since nobody else had experienced any sickness it was impossible that it camefrom their food. I asked if there was any way I could speak to the owner considering that was the only shared meal between myfamily and the emergency room doctor confirmed it was food poisoning and she said no and hung up. As someone who has been a GMof a franchised location, the owner should be concerned about the way she treats customers. This location should be ashamed ofthemselves and Miranda deserves to be fired. Don't bother with this location if you value your time. Placed a small online order at 5:48 for a 6:30 pickup. Food wasn't... ready until 6:50. Hostess just stared at me when they brought the food up. No "Sorry about the wait... " No "Have a goodnight..." nothin. What's the point of online order ahead if you can't hit your times and then your staff has the customerservice skills of a brick wall? Read more
Love me some wings! This place is nice, clean and the bartenders, waitresses and the manager Miranda go out of their way to make... sure my wife and family are taken care of. Food is good and great atmosphere. This is my grandsons favorite place to go. Read more
Our server was super sweet, but we were sat in a dark corner and said we couldn't move. I tried one of the new chicken... sandwiches and it was good...not great. It had waaaay too much sauce on it. My hands and face were a hot mess after 2 bites! I always love their fries dipped in the Chipotle Ranch! Husband said his traditional wings were cooked way too hard. Ordered online at 6:40 to pickup by 7:40. When I arrived, the host said it was almost ready. The website showed my order was... ready for pickup around 7:45. Finally received my food at 8:15 after two different servers who were very empathetic checking onit. The host on the other hand didn't really seem to care. As I left there were three other individuals waiting on theirtakeout orders. It seems the kitchen is either severely understaffed or apathetic. 95 minutes is not worth the wait for aburger and some street tacos. Edit: added a star since the food was hot and tasted good. I have never been a fan of this location, but on my recent visit i was very pleased with the food. I feel like the wings have... improved as this store has sort of revamped its menu items. I vasilated and was indecisive if I should get cheese curds withmy wings or fries, I mentioned this to our server after the fact when he had already put the order in. But when I told him wasthinking of getting fries with my cheese curds, he kindly offered fries on him since I didn't want to trouble him. I decided tostick with my cheese curds, but when my wings came out our server brought both cheese curds and fries. I thought it was sonice of him to insist about the fries, he was very attentive and kept bringing my husband refills of cherry coke. I had a nicevisit this time around, we usually get carry out here but decided to dine in and glad that we did. Some improvement here withthe food. Read more
8:30 pm on Sunday & they are Bar only. & their menu is strictly fried appetizers. For a wing place to not have wings available... is crazy. Is this Restaurant Dying or are they a Genius? Service is reasonably missing here. It is the sole reason for therating. Read more
