I ordered through doordash, app said they do their own delivery it was taking over 50 minutes so I called the store to cancel my... order they said they where backed up but bc I had to go back to my shift and I couldn't leave my station to get my sub Icancelled, manager on the phone was nice and refunded my order told me to come back the next day that he'll leave a note so Ican get a free sub so I did but the manager who was there in the morning 9/16/22 11 am was telling me how I ordered wrong andput pick up instead of delivery and that the sandwich was sitting there for 6 hours that just doesn't make sense if I ordered at6 and they close at 9 and on the phone the evening before they told me the driver was backed up. when the manager said go aheadand remake my sandwich, Hispanic Asian looking woman said I guess. I don't even feel like eating my sub honestly, Penn stationis expensive but every manager and employee is friendly I'll rather spend extra for good service this experience was absolutelytrash I was already having a difficult morning and than to get attitude by a mistake made by your store ruined my wholeexperience Read more
I walked in asked for a regular JJ gargantuan and I swipe my card and my sandwich is in my hand as soon as my cards in my wallet... that's impressive. Thanks for the freaky fast service that was fast! Read more
The hours say the store closes at 9pm. Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:05pm and sat for over 5 minutes before they just turned... the lights off and left without saying anything. Reading all of the other reviews on top of the experience I just had, thisstore is a joke. Read more
I submitted my online order at 12:09pm. I called at 12:50pm to check on the status, as the order tracker had not progressed... beyond "Order Received" and was told that my order was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up "any second".I would expect it to arrive (if it was truly out for delivery) in about 10 minutes, as I only live about 5 minutes from thestore. I called again at 1:30pm and was again told it was already out for delivery and the driver would be pulling up "anysecond". At 1:40pm I finally received my food. I've already submitted my feedback directly to Jimmy John's at the link theysend everyone. I just thought everyone should know this isn't the place to get food if you actually want something toeat. I put in a mobile order at noon. I called the store at 1:05 to check on the status, they said they were "running behind".... Obviously. They couldn't give me an estimated time of delivery or an apology. I am aware that stores are short staffed, butafter waiting for an hour, an apology would have been nice. Read more
Gave them 3 different chances! Had issues with all 3. First, they delivered the wrong sandwich to me after about an hour. Second... time, I found a LONG dark hair in my sandwich, very disturbing and disgusting! Third time, they barely gave me everything thatcame on the sandwich; they gave my a small amount of meat, cucumbers, lettuce, etc and they normally give you a good amount. Icalled regarding all 3. They helped with the first two and remade the sandwiches after I told them I?m throwing away the onewith the hair in it! (Again, gross!) With the third issue, I called the manager to ask if maybe they changed the amount ofingredients they put on the sandwiches now since mine was mainly bread lol. The manager never called me back!
