Sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes without recognition from the employees, that explicitly has a banner ON THE MENU that says... "ONLINE ORDER PICKUP, PULL FORWARD", just to get a cold burrito with the INCORRECT ingredients on it. Top notch reminder why Ihaven't eaten here since they opened. Read more
If you are out of sweet and unsweet tea, why would you leave the empty containers on the counter like you have more to brew? I... was told they didn't. Also, if you are out of all the salsa's, why would you leave the dirty bowls in the cooling bin to makeguests think you had more to fill them with. I was told they didn't. I had the home wrecker burrito and she had a quesadilla. We both had queso put in our meals, it was a drizzle. Nothing said... about an upcharge. We ordered a bowl of queso, it's 4.99 now. I pay and question the price of $36. I look at my receipt, I'mcharged $2.49 for a drizzle of queso in each meal. When we get home we realize that the $4.99 bowl of queso isn't even halffull. I spent $10 in queso and didn't get a full order. To top it off my burrito wasn't even hot after a five minute drive home.I called with no answer. I won't be back. Read more
I remember being so excited that our town was getting a Moe's, sigh. The food quality here is bad, their staff is rude and... doesn't want to make your food, the dining room is always a disaster, they never have salsas in their bain anymore, they arealways closing up way earlier than posted hours. I have gave this place try after try for months, and now I give up. Taco Belldoes a way better job, even with being short staffed and having a longer wait sometimes! Still way better! Read more
Moes is a family favorite. We don't live near one so when we are in the vicinity of one, Moes is always THE choice. Stopped on... 7-25-22 for dinner closing our vacation with Moes. Not sure if they were really out of everything or didn't want to get anythingback out, half of the ingredients were gone. The food was okay, though missing half the ingredients, though the normal otherhalf i went to eat the next day for lunch tasted awful. Not my normal stack, but it's the very first time I've ever thrown awaymy favorite meal. Disappointed and won't be back. Read more
We?ve been to this location twice and both times they have been extremely rude. I?ve eaten at Moe?s in Indianapolis since 2007... or 2008 and never have I had such rude service. They also shut down the dining room well before closing and put a closed on thewindows about 10 minutes early. It was obvious they didn?t want us there. I usually love Moes but this location was really disappointing. They had no guacamole, corn salsa/tomatoes, onions and peppers.... Free Guac is the whole point of Moes. Mind you, this was at 5 pm so no where near closing time. We asked if there would be moreguac made soon and the worker said no. No sorry or anything. Thats pretty bad customer service. To top it off, every moes I?vegone to for moes Monday includes chips and drink with a bowl but sadly this one did not. Would highly not recommend this place,go to the McDonald?s across the street you?re better off there. Read more
Food and service are great. The only thing I don't like is that the phone number for curbside service does not work. I had to go... inside in my slippers and pajama pants. On the other hand, maybe I should put on some pants and shoes before leaving thehouse... Okay, not so mad anymore.
