Ordered food and paid for it cash ..half of it showed up. We were told he would be right back with the rest of our order an hour... went by. Ordered more food in order to get what we wanted in the first place. Charge the card when we called in They said theyhad no record of our order. Hands-down the worst service I?ve ever had. Read more
Speed and service have certainly declined. App said pizza was ready but waited over half hour in the store to pick it up as it... wasn't even made yet. Feel like they are turning into a sales volume system instead of feeding the customer. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst Papa John's I've ever ordered from. I'm new to the area and love their pizza... (even worked at a store in Florida). I place my order and it took so long to get my pizza delivered that it wasn't edible so Icalled and let them know and it was blamed on the driver so when I ordered this time I went in the store. I was literallythrilled when I was handed hot pizza but that didn't last long because when I got home the pizza wasn't mine so I called was onhold so long that I drove back there I was handed the right pizza only for it to be cold. We called once and tried to place an order and were told it would be a three hour wait. Decided not to place an order, chalked... it up to being a busy night, and gave this location some grace. Today we decided we would get a pizza from here again. We placedan order around 4:15 for 6:15. At the time the order was placed we were told it might be closer to 6:30 because of other ordersscheduled for pick up at 6:15. We said ?okay, no problem.? I arrived at 6:25 to pick up the order only to be told it would beanother 20+ minutes. It took an additional 40 minutes for me to receive the order. Disappointed is an understatement. Why takethe time to give the establishment another chance, schedule well in advance, and be flexible when I still end up having to wait?Cashier was less than friendly about their error and certainly was not apologetic. It goes without saying they didn?t evenbother to offer any discount, compensation, or even an acknowledgement of their error. We will not be purchasing from thisestablishment again. Read more
This Papa Johns is one of the larger Stores I have been to, food and atmosphere is great and the in and out times are... reasonable, same thing with their deliveries. As always the food is good just like any other Papa Johns!! Always recommend papaJohns Read more
