Yes me and my mom was at taco bell here n Lebanon Indiana on 12-2-20. After our last visit from HELL back n September. The visit... was n heaven 4 sure I noticed the staff was all new except 1 was still from our last visit. So it shows that the districtmanager went n there and cleaned house and got arid of the problems that took place ???? n September. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service is is horrible, the food is always bad, and the staff is... rude. I went there on a Friday, I think 19:00 or 20:00. There were about 5 or 6 cars in front and a few more pulled in behindme. No movement at all for 15 minutes. Then I see a person getting out of their car to check the entrance door which was locked.Then the lights got turned off. Guess the night shift did not show up and the day shift did not want to serve anyone anymore. Istopped by another time for lunch and the person taking orders was rude. I tried to order a chalupa fresco style. She replied"What's Fresco Style" then she started to have an attitude. As for the food. It is never fresh or made correctly. The potatoesare always stale and so are the chalupa shells. Either the shells are so overstuffed that everything just ends up falling out orthere is hardly anything in the shells. Read more
Taco Bell is literally dumb down to the simplest way possible to run a business the fact that the area manager or who ever is... supervising these stores within a 30 mile radius is failing so miserably is uncanny, ultimately sad and disappointing. Also payyour employees better for more promising results and allow them over time people cannot life of the 11 dollars per hour you givethem. Read more
Terrible Service. Staff was rude. Drink machine was down. Waited half an hour for them to end up giving us 3 bags because they... forgot half of the order. After receiving the second bag we noticed we were still missing some items, we were given a third bagand this is the taco that was inside. Will not be returning, we will visit the Anson location since it will apparently save sometime and money. ? ps it wasn?t a complicated order. a chicken quesadilla, a taco, and a grilled cheese burrito. ????????????????should not have even been an issue. I wish I could give them zero stars! I literally watched them lock the doors and turn customers away. There were a little busy... and only had 4 people working and instead of actually communicating with their costumers they locked the doors and said sorry wejust can?t serve everyone. I already don?t come to Taco Bell very often as is, but I?ll drive to Anson before I come back tothis store. NEVER in all my 15+ years restaurant/retail management would I have EVER given the okay to lock the doors on ANYcustomers and would have fired the entire team working the shift this to place on!! The staff is friendly. The food is meh, but its taco bell its always the same food. The issue with this particular taco bell:... It is by far the slowest to prepare fast food in town. Its funny. I said no thank you to sauce, and they put like 10 packets ofeach flavor in a small bag. Read more
As other reviewers have already said avoid this place. Sad people making sad food! Little to no meat and broken crispy shells.... If you don't take pride in your job go work someplace else! I would go back and complain but it just isn't worth it! Read more
I?m usually waiting in the drive through line for around 10-15 minutes around midnight. They should either shut the location... down early or try and keep the night shift staffed by more than one person. The only other option is McDonald?s around this timeand I bet the wait would likely be twice as long. Terrible experience every time I go. Read more
